I can't say that having a storage is fun but renting a unit with CubeSmart was a good move. The facility is spotless, easy access with great hours and the staff there are wonderful. The manager, Joy keeps you posted when you may forget or become overwhelmed with life. Never nagging and very understanding, yet firm and very respectful. I rented with them for 3 years and I never had a bad experience or misunderstanding because she communicates very well. I would definitely rent from CubeSmart again primarily because the staff are good people and the convience of having different ways to make a payment.

Cube Smart was by far the most unprofessional business we have ever encountered. We had a store front business that literally open for a few weeks and had to close due to no air! After several months of being lied to about replacing the unit, we had no choice but to close. The money wasted re-designing their space, the lack of communication from maintenance, management, and the time lost can never be replaced. This was by far the worst business mistake we have ever made. It makes me sick to think about what was supposed to be a momentous moment in our life—that turned into a complete nightmare! There is absolutely nothing like a bought lesson. My advice to anyone looking for storage space or a store front retail space, is to not do business with this company! Signed a business that invested in a space, using some of our savings, to a Slum-dog Millionaire! Run as fast as you can…

The gentleman who was working that day could not give directions on how to get to the facility. I get there and found out that they were not truthful about the "special" they were offering. Spare foot said it was storage sense's fault. Storage sense said that they informed them about the terms of the special. I am still not sure about some things because some of the information that was provided was not clear. Terrible experience getting setup. Very stressful. It has me concerned about what to expect going forward. The facility itself seems nice so far. Very clean.

I reserved A Unit with them over phone this pass Saturday, reserved a day ahead. The employee I spoke with was very nice an helpful. I asked him what size unit did he recommend for a 2bdrm apartment an he suggested an 10x15. The storage was a little smaller than I expected. It was dusty! It held everything we brought to store that day but by the time we finished storing everything it was full! I like how it's gated an secured it is. Luv that you have to have a code to enter. I would definitely recommend. Great reasonable prices!

These wonderful people had a unit that was perfect and worked with me quickly and efficiently to get the unit rented to me without delay or any difficulties.
