Rude office staff. Got the best help with any needs by talking to corporate office staff. Had credit card theft twice and had issues resetting my auto-draft. Not sure if it was ever set up correctly again. Cost of unit went way up. Was able to move my stored items into my home.

I went to another Cube Smart location in Norcross and they were closed. I sat around googling other storage options and then I saw Angela. Angela was very personable and helpful right off the back. She educated me and showed me options and that facility which were a little inconvenient. She asked me what I needed for my storage needs and offered me to check out her facility. Her facility was nice clean and unit was very convenient for my move in needs. I work in retail management and customer service is always top priority. Angela demostrates the epitome of high level customer service. She’s thorough, professional and friendly. She needs to run Cube Smart. She is a huge asset to Cube Smart. These are the kind of employees you want working for you. She turned what started out to be a headache to be a smooth transaction. Thanks Angela!!

Angela is the B????E????S????T????!!! The best customer-focused employee I've EVER encountered (besides myself...lol)!!!! No employee has EVER gone over and beyond for me the way she did. I am truly grateful ????!!! I don't even have family that would have gone out of their way the way Angela did for me. Long story shortened (???????): I'm in California, but my storage payment is due in GA. The system won't let me pay on the app, online, or over the phone, and my unit is coming up for auction in 3 days. I call the location of my CubeSmart (Oh, yeah!!!! She actually works at a different location!!!) AND I called them and the call center over 15 times to make the full payment and NOONE helped!!!!?? In desperation, my mom who doesn't drive, calls Angela's location and reached a true Angel??. Angel talked to my mom over 30 minutes, but they were unable to fix the online issue. Angel promised my mom she would help her, and she did!!! When Angela couldn't reach anyone at the location either, she told my mom not to worry. The next morning before she began work, Angela DROVE ?? over to my CubeSmart, and still no one was there!!!! She ended up going back to her store without accomplishing anything, because they couldn't reach me on the phone ??(I'm in CA, there's a 3 hour time difference??). ??I called Angela when I got up, and she promised me she would still help me??. On her lunch break, she went BACK to my CubeSmart, STILL no one was there, so she ended up taking my payment over the phone, and making my issue GO AWAY!!!!?? Their system wouldn't allow her to take the payment for a different location. When she couldn't get anyone on the phone, she made the decision to go over and beyond. To do that for a customer is one thing, but for a person that's NOT even your customer speaks VOLUMES ????????!!! Not only does it reflect your loyalty and commitment to CubeSmart's customers, but it is also a direct reflection of your personal character, your integrity, your diligence and more importantly, your heart??!!!! She did for me what I ALWAYS do for others, she simply treated me like she wants to be treated. If Angela ever sees this review one day, just know, U ARE AWESOME!!! Ur work ethic and care for people is superb???? and should be recognizedand celebrated??!!! I hope u NEVER change!!! God bless you ????!!! U deserve an applause!!!!???????????? Before you go with CubeSmart, please shop around. For a 10x10, climate control & insurance, I paid $193/month. That same unit is only $89 at Public Storage. I’m mad I didn’t move sooner. I paid that for 2 years.

The access code was not explained in the written (emailed) literature after signing up. Directions to the space (map) was also misleading. That said, the manager called me back later and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful! Had details on accessing been correct, I would have rated my experience as a 4 Star.

Storage units are everywhere and renting one is simple. However, receiving outstanding customer service is rare and often complicated. Although we easily completed the rental process online, assistance was needed once we arrived. The service that Angela and Tia provide is extraordinary. It clearly shows that they love what they do, take pride in their work, and genuinely like to help people. Cube Smart on Medlock Bridge is very fortunate to have them there. My wife and I happily join the chorus of 5 stars.

Good facility and climate control, but appalling rent increases over an 11 year period. Rent from 2012 to 2022 went up from $89/month to $198/month (123%). To be fair, I don’t know what the competition rent increases have been like, but CubeSmart’s have forced us to leave. Sad, because had the rent been more reasonable we’d still be customers.

The doors are ALWAYS broken and no staff is ever on site. I literally have been renting a month and the door has been broken every single time I’ve come to my storage. I have notified management multiple times. It’s annoying when you have so much stuff to move and you can’t access your belongings.. but if you’re late on a payment all your things are locked away. It’s totally insane.. now who do I speak to for a discount for the inconvenience. Smh

Angela at this Medlock Bridge location is INCREDIBLE. I recommend anyone looking to rent a unit choose this location. I pulled in at 5:30 (they close at 6) and just wanted to get my unit and access codes before they closed and Angela, knowing the toll moving takes, took care of me. She didn’t rush me at ALL and said take my time and relax. That meant so much to me after making a 9 hr drive from Virginia Beach. Not only did I receive the BEST customer service on move in day Angela continued to look out for me and other customers. I must have been not thinking straight and did not properly lock my unit before leaving. During one of her routine checks to make sure the property is safe noticed my unit/lock situation. She called and informed me. That shows dedication to your job. She could have said nothing but she chose to make sure my belongings were safe and secure. I Hardly ever write reviews but Angela and Cubesmart sincerely deserve a 5star review. Keep up the great work and customer service. Angela is 100% the reason I will continue to do business and recommend CubeSmart to all my coworkers and friends moving to Atlanta.

Booking online was easy I like the contactless option given the situation. I was emailed the next morning explain how to get through the gate and access my unit. Then I got a phone call from Angela she then again explained to me everything in the email I thought that was nice that she actually took the time to make sure I knew how to get in. Once I got to the unit I realized my unit was in the back I immediately went to see if any way possible if I could get a unit closer to the door turns out Angela is the Manager and quickly helped me with getting a closer unit. This location was clean. I recommend this location.

The store has a one occupant COVID19 policy, which forces people to wait outside in either the blistering heat or in the rain. They also increased the price of my storage from $50 to $74, trying to take advantage of the customers during this pandemic. I was referred to this location from the general manager Angela daughter, once I arrived to the location the guy Kevin was very rude, he was talking on the phone while getting my information an also didn’t give me information about my cube such as the gate code and door code once asked about it he was about to write it on a sticky note instead of a pamphlet he was very nonchalant about everything. Besides that I met Angela and she was very helpful and my storage was nice and clean!

Angela, the manager of this facility, was wonderful. We Initially rented a unit that was too small. We found this out on the day of our move-in and she was extremely helpful with upgrading the size of our unit that day. She met us at our unit and made sure we could access it easily. I HIGHLY recommend this location! They are consistently amazing to all. Both the manager Angela and assistant mgr. Ali take customer service to a whole new level. They go beyond just providing a service. They actually talk to you and find out your needs, you know what customer service should be:) Then they offer options and solutions and any additional extra supplies or services. I have used this company in multiple states but Angela and Ali are by far the best experience I have ever had. I recently got help with downsizing into a slightly smaller unit. I was provided the same level of service as a new customer. In this time and age of people only being nice for first time customers, this amazing service is refreshing. After storing some items for the last several years, it was time to move out and close down my unit. I live in another state, so this was going to be a multi day project for me, so I gave the office a call to find out the process and let them know. The staff and service at this cube smart is remarkable! When I needed another unit to rent, they immediately had one directly across the hall from my current unit open and ready to make it easier for me. Also, Angela the manager ensured that they had their truck repaired so that it would be available for me to move in within a few days of getting the new unit. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about how great of a job they do and how nice and friendly they are.

For a self storage place, it was not too bad. The cameras are not in the best of shape, and did not work for most of the time I was using them for storage... hopefully that is fixed now. Also, the rent rate was like your age, headed UP very quickly... was a take it or leave it thing. I get a rate increase after a year, but after only weeks! Also, they had a tenant that was using it as a manufacture plant, and older Asian lady that would work from her room, which was very weird. The local staff was nice, but appeared to be hamstrung by their corporate policies, or so they said.

I can't say enough about the amazing customer service provided by the store manager Angela. I am moving out of the unit and she is just as helpful as when I moved it. She answers the phone promptly and pleasantly willing to assist me in with all my needs. I went to my unit one night and I saw her walking the property. I feel safe that she is so dedicated to keeping the property clean and safe. I could go on and on but Angela deserves a promotion!!!! All CubeSmart locations should operate like hers. THANK YOU! Anytime I need storage this is my location of choice, no matter how far I will always come to and recommend anyone the staff is very friendly and understanding they keep up with customers and just check on well beings. I've never experienced any problems. Thanks for everything Angela!!!!!

I've had climate-controlled storage units at this location for over 15 years. Have always been satisfied with the state of the storage rooms and the property overall. The facility is always clean and the climate maintained properly. Angela (the property manager) is easy to work with - always friendly, always helpful. It's a pleasure to stop by and talk to her.

I cannot say enough good things about Mrs. Angela. The first time I was being shown the property by an associate of hers, she was out on property cleaning/fixing something. I would not have known she was the property manager if I had not met her later. That kind of selfless dedication proves a lot to me. She is extremely responsive, cares deeply about her property, and appears to know everyone who sets foot on the property. (she very quickly greeted me one day when I got there. She told me later, that she hadn't recognized me until she saw my face, because I happened to be in a different vehicle!!) She is GREAT!!

Angela McCoy is Awesome!! She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the unit I selected and that I had all the tools needed. I have moved in the pass and had to store my entire house, the last place stored my things wasn't great but I am so please with where I am storing my things at this time I chose to store with CubeSmart I really am impressed the GM Angela McCoy of the store is such a wonderful person she help me so much, not trying to sell me something I didn't need she made sure I had everything moved in and just made this transition was smooth as possible thanks Angela.

BEWARE! I experienced a THEFT at my Cubesmart storage unit in Norcross, GA. The lock was not breached or broken, the perpetrators entered through the space between the walls and the ceiling. They took all 3 TVs and damaged some of the goods in the attempt. The Cubesmart team said to report to my insurance, yet their assertion of SAFE and SECURE and 24 hr. surveillance seemed to be a marketing slogan. The only people with access to the unit next to mine were the temporary tenant and the employees at Cubesmart, presumably, as the building wasn't broken into. Quite a little business opportunity.... steal and then have my insurance company pay for it.

She is very friendly and Kind to work with her customer, I'm running a business that we are doing some remodeling at the shop which we need a storage to keep some of the furniture. She called to follow-up on our move-in to see if it went well. It did, thanks to her thorough & professional help. Angela McCoy, the current General Manager, does an outstanding job of keeping the facility very clean and handling any concerns I have had. It is evident she takes great pride in "her facility". The staff at this location is unbelievable. They have taken in shipments and moved them to other units to house until we were able to show up. I can not thank them enough for their professional attitude and kindness. It is worth driving to this facility to store your items. The Best!!

I've used this facility two times over the last two years for about 3 months each time. This facility is conveniently located between Peachtree Parkway and Peachtree Industrial Blvd. It's close to Duluth, Berkeley Lake, and Norcross. The facility itself is well maintained and clean. The general manager, Angela McCoy, always greets you with a smile and great service when you arrive. She makes the moving in and moving out processes extremely simple. I won't hesitate when I need to use this place a third time.

Our company Daffy Ducts stored at Cubesmart for several years. They made it very convenient to access our cube during the times we needed. We also parked our vehicles there so everything was in one place. We were able to get reports from CubeSmart as to when our employees came in and out each day which was very beneficial. I cannot say enough about this store and the staff. I would highly recommend this place.
