After a month of downsizing my unit I was sent notification they were changing there prices. It's costing me the exactly amount I was paying for a larger unit and I have the smallest one now. Price change every few months it's not worth keeping and I am currently looking for another facility for storage. I don't recommend them.

My name is Ahmed Jirreh and I have a storage in your company but I lost my keys. I was so nervous that I was worrying a lot and thinking that this will cost me a lot of money to cut the lock and get a service to do it. I went to Home Depot rental equipment office and they told me that I have to buy a special blade to cut the lock and also rent the equipment which would have cost me more than a hundred dollar. Worried and not knowing what to do, I came back to your storage office and talked to the general manager Ms. Marcy to explain my situation. What she told me was a life saver. She assisted me in cutting the lock and suggested that I buy lock set which I really needed and solved my problem. I was very thankful to Ms. Marcy service and help in that day. Her service took care of my problems therefore her excellent service was really a mercy to me. My special thanks to your company and Ms. Marcy help and professionalism.

EXTREMELY disappointed in the so called customer service! We have THREE units with Cubesmart - each account is on it's own - there is nothing that allows me to login and look at all my rentals under my login. Fine, I can deal with that but when we rented our third unit, we had to wait for over an hour after we were assured hours ago that our unit is ready. There was no lock (the one you have to compulsory pay for!!) in the unit - we patiently waited and did not even bother to register a complaint. Suddenly, two weeks later, our rate is now increased by $60!!!!!! Yes, you read it right - SIXTY dollars per month rate increase - suddenly - WHAT???? We just started end of March - within 3 months there is such a huge rate increase?? WHY??

I called Cube Smart 5565 in Naperville and Shekenna was the representative that assisted me. She was very kind and so nice. She was so informative and answered all my concerns and questions. She was very patient and made me feel at ease and not overwhelmed. I needed a storage unit the right size for me and she was very informative and pleasant to work with. She researched storage units to my preference and went above and beyond. She had such a calm demeanor. I set up an appointment to see her the same day and she informed me of the facilities times of operation. I met her in person where she sat me down and explained everything thoroughly to me. She showed me the storage unit that was available that met my needs and toured me and familiarized me to the place. Originally, the unit I had reserved was too far from the elevator and I requested something closer as I have a disability which makes it difficult for me to walk. She found one closer to the elevator. That was so thoughtful and kind of her to take that extra step. She was very compassionate to my needs. She also explained the contract thoroughly, including the rates, fees, and insurance costs, etc. She showed me how to access my storage unit and how to enter the premises. Her instructions weren’t confusing and she made it so easy to understand the whole process, such as using the keypads, elevators, the dollies, and informed me of the times the office was open and times I’d be able to enter the storage facility. I was amazed how smooth the whole process went. It wasn’t complicated at all. I remember calling her close to 4pm, met her at 4:30pm and was out of there by 5pm. I was fully stored by 7:30pm at the latest. I didn’t expect that at all. Overall, I was amazed at the positive experience I had at Cube Smart because SHEKEENA knew what she was doing, did it efficiently and quickly as well as accurately, and made everything flow smoothly. Thank you for providing such great customer relations with your customers. I appreciate all the help that was provided to me by your dedicated employee. I received the storage unit that was perfect for my needs. The storage facility was exceptionally clean. The two elevators worked perfectly. There was an adequate amount of dollies available to transport my belongings. The two garage doors were an asset to the storage facility allowing customers a safe way to organize, transport and move personal belongings in a secure area that was enclosed unaffected by the elements. If I had to rate this specific Cube Smart, I would give the facility a 10 out of 10 on a scale from 1 to 10 and the customer representative a 10+ for being exceptionally great at performing her job.

If you are looking to "rehome" some of your personal belongings, this would be the spot! *Super clean *Centrally located *Easily accessible I've been renting here about 9 months and am very satisfied. But you should be mindful that your initial rate will probably increase after the first 6 months. I'm sure if you ask the staff what the rate increase will be, they will be honest enough to tell you. But even with the increase, it was still worthwhile for me to rent here. Kudos to Marcy! She was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process!!!

The storage was new and hence very clean. It was indoor and climate controlled so my furniture was in good shape. The manager of the store (Maria)was very nice and helpful. She always greeted us cordially and answered to our qs and guided us well. So our 1 year experience with the Naperville CubeSmart was very good !

I was able to reserve a unit, complete the reservation and self view the unit all from my phone. When I realized that I needed a larger unit, Marie was able to switch the lease over to the larger unit. Everything is clean including the bathroom! Nice work CubeSmart!

Excellent service from office managers. Mr. Kim is terrific. The facility is immaculate and safe. Really nice to pull your vehicle into a clean, climate controlled garage to unload. Carts are available to help you move your belongings from your vehicle to your storage unit. Storage is well-lit, clean, safe, and easily to access. Have used other storage facilities in the past; CubeSmart far and above the rest.

Very welcoming staff, and an extremely clean and well-maintained facility. The manager on duty was personable and helpful in getting me set up, but also gave the impression that rules were expected to be followed and that there were standards in place to make the storage facility clean and secure for everyone. I'm sorry for been late with this review, but I want to said that The Manager Marie Johnston, is very professional, very caring and has an exceptional customer service skill set. She made our our experience very pleasant and she defiinetely understands on how to best accomodate the customer needs requiring the appropiate storage units. We ended up aquiring 2 5x10 units thanks to Marie we were able to rapidly move our items into storage. I will strongly recommend Marie to my friends and to the public needing storage in a clean and very neat location.... I had issues with my google account therefore I'm late submitting this review... The manager at our Rt 59 Naperville Location was amazing. She made everything constantly super easy. The place was clean and organized. I even brought my family to help me move out and they were impressed. The one thing to be wary of, and this is not the locations fault, the cubesmart moving boxes are terrible. They rip with anything over 50lbs in them.

Moving and storing your personal items can be stressful and trying to find a storage facility that is well run; clean, convenient and organized is very important. A good experience in setting up my storage space, but a couple points of warning: * Insurance is mandatory and extra: at least $12/month. Nowhere on the website is this mentioned. * If you're concerned about whether you'll have enough space, ask to see the locker in question and bring a tape measure. I reserved a 5x5 locker only because it was the smallest locker available, knowing I didn't need all the space, but the space I was assigned was significantly smaller than 5x5. If I needed the extra space, I'd have definitely requested a space closer to 5x5.

This place. Lord. I don't even know where to start. I'll just start with just recent issue. We currently have a unit here 10x20 for 239.30 a month (we've had a few months). Today I get a notice that effective next month this unit will be $271.00... okay. Online the exact same unit is less than $200.00 today online. Basically only used this place if you're going to be out in less than three months. Otherwise expect an over $30 increase on your current rate. Never mind that the exact unit is more than $70 LESS published on their website. This place is a racket. As you can see from owner response it makes ZERO sense for the increase if the exact same unit is actually $70+ lower online today.

What an awesome, affordable and CLEAN facility! I am so happy with this place that I just had to share it with others since there are many choices out there. When I arrived, I had the BEST customer service from the manager, Marie, who set everything else aside to help me, show me around and even make sure I felt welcomed to the area (I live on the East Coast) by recommending some great places to eat. She obviously loves her job, the customers and making sure the experience at CubeSmart in Naperville is perfect! The new facility is VERY clean, which is wonderful and comforting when storing personal items. Maria was attentive to our needs and ready to answer any questions or show us a different storage option. She worked very quickly and was fast to get us signed up and ready for move-in. The speed was great for my rental partner, but maybe a little too speedy for me. She was so helpful though, and clearly ready to do what we needed to feel comfortable reserving a unit. Access for moving in/out is so convenient, especially with the large drive-in area with roof for cold or rainy days!

We just rented space at this new storage facility in southwest Naperville. It's convenient, sparkling clean, and set up in a way that makes moving whatever you have to store very easy. You can drive your vehicle into an interior bay to unload or load your belongings, and the building is safe and secure, with televised camera monitoring twenty-four/seven. It's a temperature controlled building, with spaces sized for a variety of needs over three floors. The staff is very helpful, friendly and efficient, and offer boxes, locks and other storage supplies on site.
