Very nice place, clean however one entry door opens without using code, just stand in front and it opens. The other entrydoor doesn’t open even with code but will open from inside. Not safe or convenient. Also several light banks need new bulbs. Just needs some maintenance

I was given a backup unit in case the one I received was not enough room and I ended up using it. Thank goodness I had this as a backup. We were so excited to find Affordable Family Storage. We had been looking for a storage unit that was inside and climate-controlled and were having great difficulty finding any close to us. We went to AFS and Jessika was very helpful. She showed us a couple units of different sizes, so we could decide which we thought would fit our needs the best. Then, she even turned on a movie, while we did the paper work to rent a unit, to keep our kids occupied ;-) It was very nice and appreciated!

Hello. I am a student living in West Lafayette area. I needed to move out by July 2020, so I needed a temperature controlled storage. I was looking online and I came across Affordable family storage. I contacted them through a website and reserved a 10x10 controlled temperature unit. The unit price per month is $90.00, which is affordable and inexpensive as compared to many other self-storage companies. Because of the COVID-19 situation, I moved in on the phone. I talked with Jessika Austin, and she was very helpful with the phone move in. She sent me the information online and I was able to sign the papers and complete the process without meeting in person. I would definitely recommend this storage company to anyone who is looking for long term storage.

Working with Affordable Family Storage has been an incredible experience so far!
