Fix the darn doors. This is ridiculous!!!! NOT SAFE FOR MY ITEMS! I called the customer service number and no one ever calls back. I am sick of this and so are other customers that I know who rent here. FIX IT. Ever since cubesmart took over it’s a mess. If it wasn’t for the girls who work here I would have left a long time ago and get them some help!

I haven't been there but 6 days. What I like most is I can come after 5 pm if I need to. I haven't had any trouble other than I don't like my unit. It was a real pain to get my things in. I had to rearrange items to many times so everything would fit. It's just an odd space.

My experience with CubeSmart has been great, the building is always clean and up to standard. Sakiya was very sweet and helpful in helping me downsize to save money, but still get the best care and unit for my specific needs. The only reason I did not give five stars is because of the price consistently rising over time.

This used to be a great place, but since it became Cube Smart, they have raised my rates, but not fixed the access doors doe over 3 months. I have to go during hours and have a guy stand there while I go through my PRIVATE space. Also, the doors either lock and no one with a code can access or they stay wide open for anyone to access. So much for temperature control on days the door stays wide open. I will be moving because they just raised rates again. Some nerve.

Affordable Family Storage has great service, we walked in and we were immediately helped, all our questions answered! The process to move in and out is very smooth and easy, with automatic doors protected by a code and carts you can use to move your stuff. Very clean and well lit space that is climate controlled. Very easy to pull car right up. They even sell the locks and other moving supplies in house which was very helpful. Highly recommend!

Opened a unit today, super friendly staff (very informative and helpful). Very safe and clean facility (as Affordable Family storage) unfortunately when ownership switched to CubeSmart cleanliness and staff went downhill fast. Location is never open when it is supposed to (with no signage indicating why) , doors are always broken (with no out of order signs, after being told they are broken) , and no one ever answers the phone when I call. Very disappointed in the new management and will be switching facilities

To be honest I never leave reviews, as I don't normally really care. I work in the service industry so I try my best to be empathetic. However, today while I was moving my stuff out of my storage unit (first time ever using one), I was unaware whether or not I was supposed to return the key after use. When approached by an employee - whom I did not get the name of - she was quite rude to me. I already don't know what the heck I'm doing so it was really disarming and I left literally crying because I was truly just trying to be responsible and return the key if need be, and if not could've been informed of it in a much nicer way. Not quite sure why this establishment assumes everyone knows what they're doing, I'm clearly a young college student and my parents weren't there to help. Otherwise the pricing and facility is great.

I first stopped by on my lunch break and they were closed, so I called the number on the door. I asked for pricing on a 5x5 unit and was quoted $39. I stopped back in after I got off work and I guess the attendant in the office has the same lunch time. I was greeted with a smile. She had a mask on, but I could tell it was a smile. I told her I was wanting a unit and she was able to get me a bigger 5x7 unit for less than I was quoted over the phone. She also hooked me up with a free moth for singing up for automatic payments with my debit card. She answered all of my questions and showed me on a map where my unit was located. When I got to the doors I immediately noticed how clean the facility is kept. Overall I had a great experience!

So far so good. Sign up was easy and the place is clean. The manager is great and took me on a tour and everything. The door broke the first time taking stuff in but the manager was there and was working on fixing it after we showed her. My unit has no light inside it and that is extremely frustrating but I suppose I will deal with it. The only reason for four stars and not five is because my unit is completely dark. I am buying some battery lights to put in it. It is indoors and heated/cooled and has a restroom. After this review they moved me to a new spot so I updated to 5 stars.

This place is a joke. Had a truck load of furniture to move into a storage unit, but could not access the building. I called Kendra the leasing agent w no return call. I called the after hours number and lady on the phone didn’t even know that the Muncie location was part of their company. I will take my business elsewhere!
