Rates increase dramatically. New customers can rent the same sized unit for half of what they charge the established customer who has been with them for years. No business could keep customers with that pricing strategy.

The lady that did my paperwork was very nice. The place was very clean and well maintained. I love that it's climate controlled. I have a huge storage unit at another facility. They keep raising the prices and it's not climate controlled. Your place is much nicer.

Rented my unit online since there was a deal going on, the site was easy to navigate, filled out and signed my paperwork online, got my confirmation emails, then the site went above and beyond when Sherri called me and left me a voicemail to make sure I got the confirmation email with all the information I needed. Then when I first went to the site, Sherri was there and was super kind and pleasant and helpful, gave me a full tour of the site and doublechecked my lock to make sure it worked, as well as verifying my gate codes worked. Super efficient, kind, and helpful, especially since it was my first time renting a storage unit

I will always choose to store with Cube smart! The sign up was so easy and the price definitely beat any other place. The convenience of an app, ramp and carts available to use made this experience so good and effortless. The place was always clean and the staff extremely helpful.

I had a unit here for 3 years. 2 months ago i Found mold growing all over my antiques I had in my unit and then the next month mold growing on suitcases when i went back. Clearly they have a moisture problem in there doesnt seem to be climate controlled that well either I see other people have the same issue. I moved all my stuff out and put it in another climated controlled unit with another company. It's also been almost 2 months and still haven't heard anything from their insurance company about what's going to be done about my stuff and they dont seem to concerned about giving me the insurances number either. The people are nice tho. I liked this place but the mold killed it for me.

The Salisbury Glen Avenue facility (Store# 5950) has a great team providing excellent service. This place is nice clean place leave yours things in its affordable they have a loading dock they moving carts to help with all your moving needs and even have bathrooms that u can use while moving into ur unit. They even have a side door also you can use and moving carts are right there even at the loading dock so this is a nice place.

I called to make sure my name was on a unit that I had gotten with my Fiancé and they told me they cannot email me proof that my name was on it.. then they had the audacity to tell me that I can use my nickname( I need legal documentation that my name is on the unit in case something legally comes up) Very unprofessional and I do not recognize men dumb and white I spoke to and belittled was uncalled for. I definitely will not be receiving any money for me

Sharri and Nikisha are always helpful. They were great to deal with before I started renting and during sign up they walk the space 3 times with me . They explain everything and it is playing out as they said. They continue to be great with customer service. Very clean , convenient and staff is always great. My experience has been great after 3 months . The place in clean inside and out. The carts are always brought back mostly by the staff. The parking is great and the location is very good . . I have no regrets renting this location.All of the fellow renters have been friendly and respectful. We feel safe at this location with easy access. I recommend this Cube smart. Good job. RDM

I paid for climate control and didn’t get that ,It is mold!! The bay doors were left open, one door was broke due to a truck smashed into it, other door had been forced open . I don’t know how long this had been going on or how long the doors were standing wide opened . My belongings were there for little over 4 months All in all it’s clean faculty and manager is very nice.

So i 1st got one in ocean city to keep summer stuff in really small one.. Customer service there was great.. Except i paid year n moved out before year. Because i paid cash i wad told 10days before ill get check. But here we are over month still no refund. Then we moved to over this way in got another got bigger unit in Salisbury's customer service is goos at this location. Ms megan is great.. Clean place.. But my unit went up with out even a email. Then still dealing with out refund. So i moved out to bigger unit under what i was paying there..

I used CubeSmart self storage to store my college belongings over the summer. Overall, the experience was pretty good. Management was welcoming and responsive. The setup was easy. We went over the contract, signed, and got the keys to the unit. (Please note you have to purchase the lock from CubeSmart.) After signing the contract we were able to move in right away. I did not give five stars because the monthly prices were a little on the expensive side for the size unit I had. Other than pricing, it was a good experience and I would probably use their storage again.

My experience at this location has been 5 star from start to move in. We initially went to the facility to get information about 2-3 weeks ago. Jordan was our first point-of contact. Her hair was styled with my favorite color so I knew it was going to be a great experience! Jordan explained about the sizing of the units, pricing and payment options. Overall just a wonderful and thorough experience. I was sold and knew we would use CubeSmart as our storage solution. Next up, Megan. Just when you think the customer service experience couldn't get any better... BAM... her is Megan! We went back today 5/5/21 to sign our lease. Megan, like Jordan, was extremely friendly and customer service oriented. She explained the lease in detail and got us set-up with our payment. She took us to the storage unit, went through the lock process and the key code process. She pointed out the carts available for use and the exits. All-in-all, she was very informative yet very efficient. We were in-and out and this was with our questions being answered. I could not have asked for a better experience. We will be sticking with this company FOR SURE!!!!! Don't hesitate to check them out!

Super easy convenient experience. Online setup was super quick and I immediately got a call from a rep explaining the next steps to me. Email came through immediately after we paid with all the directions to enter and unload at the property. The facility is super clean and I love the climate control aspect. The staff is also very helpful. Overall a very nice experience, will definitely recommend to others looking for a storage space.

Salisbury, MD location: Megan was so extremely helpful with giving me a tour of the facility and answering all of my questions. She even remembered me a month later when I finally was ready to book. Very clean facility and well maintained. Perfect setup for unloading a moving truck with dollies and carts to use. I do wish they had complimentary moving trucks like some of the other cube smart locations. Once again,, can't beat how nice and welcoming Megan was! Definitely would recommend this location for your storage needs!

We met Megan the store manager after we needed a new storage unit immediately. She was so friendly and helpful letting us see multiple units to chose what was best for us. The facility was always so easy to get in and out and to load our items even in bad weather because of their indoor loading dock. I frequently use storage units all the time but Cube Smart was my first time with them. Megan was amazing and knowledgeable! She answered all of my questions while she had a trainee shadowing her. I am very satisfied with my climate controlled unit and the pricing! I checked two other self storage units in a 20 mile radius and no one beat their prices here, esp for climate control units!!
