Saw online that CubeSmart had amazing prices for a storage unit. Decided to go in and check out the sizes of the units. Joey B. Was so kind to show us our first time there. He went above and beyond and really treated us with the upmost respect. He didn’t pressure my significant other and I and he was respectful of our decisions and our time. I had a pleasant visit today at CubeSmart. Joey was extremely helpful, kind, personable and provided professional customer service. I will definitely recommend this company to others. Update: let me inform the community just in case you don’t know about the hidden extra fees included in your monthly agreement. When I posted my first review, this was a response from my initial visit. 4 months later, something changed. I received an up charge of $20 on my account for the upcoming months. When I spoke with the manager. I was told, this fee was included in my lease agreement. The company states that after 4-6 months, the company will reassess your monthly payment and increase the payment to whatever they decide. This reassessment fee goes towards the upkeep of the facility-lights, lawn, building maintenance.. I’m confused as to why I’m paying for the companies upkeep of their building. I already pay over $100 a month to rent the space. I found out that the company will continue this reassessment on a yearly basis afterwards. One thing I can’t stand is when people omit information. On day one, the staff was open enough to tell me all about the great things within the lease but not the facts which will prevent your customers from calling you upset a few months later. At this point, I’m going to start looking for a new place to store my items. I definitely have lost interest and trust in CubeSmart. Note: this location push for customers to leave an immediate review so the community will be fooled by all the five stars. I recommend waiting until 4-6 months later before posting a comment in the future.

In March, my wife needed storage space for her laboratory equipment as her employer was moving his lab to Pittsburgh. Initially we signed an agreement with Public Storage which turned into a nightmare. The space was not 8ft" high, as advertised, but a bottom storage locker we would be forced to crawl into. Adding to the chaos, the onsite manager could never be reached. In a bit of a panic, we stumbled upon CubeSmart in Nottingham and met Kristie Witte. Kristie made us feel welcome and her customer service was top notch. She went the extra mile to make us feel like valuable customers. And signing up for the space with Kristie was a breeze! As for the the unit itself, the storage space was very economically priced. The location feels very safe, it's always well lit and extremely clean.

I went in today to get my first storage room to help me plan for my big move next year. I had the pleasure of meeting with Kristie (I hope that’s how you spell her name ??) and Joey. The two together are like you just scored front row tickets to a comedy show. There was another lady there that was also extremely friendly I forgot her name I’m sorry. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease with storing my belongings here. Joey showed me around and Kristie got me settled in. Not to mention the prices here are unbeatable for the Baltimore location.
