Staff is great, facility is very nice. Not pleased that after 7 months my rate went up and without notice. Seems like poor business to attract customers with a good rate and change it on them later. Have had two other units at different places over the years and I have never experienced a rate increase.

Clean place with good service! The climate control is awesome, and you just drive your car in and they have little carts to help you with your stuff which is awesome for the wintertime.

I made a reservation online, went to the unit and it was a total maze to get too. Very inconvenient. Dead bugs everywhere. I called immediately after viewing the unit, attempted canceling after never even using the unit and they wouldn’t issue a refund. *edit to add*: I did email the below email and was told if I had stayed with them they would have refunded me but because I left they can’t issue a refund ??

Clean, locked, well-lit climate-controlled facility. You can drive your car in and there are convenient carts to transport your stuff. There is even a clean bathroom.

Super nice. Has a security code to get inside building and you can drive inside to unload safely since the garage door locks behind you. They have carts to transport your belongings to your storage unit. Loved it!

We're thankful we went with CubeSmart for our storage needs! Although the building itself is tightly fit into busy Brighton, once inside, they set everything up for a quick & easy process. The building is brand new, so it's very clean! The staff is incredibly friendly as well. Thanks again!

The place is clean and love the climate control aspect and the remote app access! The reason for the 4 stars is because when measuring the unit which is a 10x15 it’s actually 10x14 so we have lost a foot of storage.

Truly wonderful, personal customer service! I was contacted by phone call after reserving my indoor storage unit with directions on how to access my unit, as well as where to enter the facility. I also received an email with my access code, and a map to locate my unit. My unit was clean, swept and ready for me to move my belongings in with l elevator access, along with commercial carts on the main level. I was able to empty my trunk in one trip.

The Brighton Facility and its manager are great! Clean, brand new facility. I love the elevator access and carts. The unloading area is even indoors! The indoor climate controlled warehouse feels much safer than outdoor units. My only issue was the online rental agreement. It made you buy a lock and extra insurance. But the manager explained those are only needed for online rentals because they can't verify you have them already. If you bring your lock & insurance policy in, you do not need to pay for theirs. They just have to verify them for liability reasons. So, I filled my agreement in online, then came in to sign it and make the 1st payment. Quick and easy and the extra fees waived! Plus, I got to meet the manager. She is super nice and gave me great moving advice and showed me where my unit and the carts and everything was!

Great customer service, nice facility. However my rate went from $185 to $243 after 4 months with only a few week’s notice (and no, I did not have a temporary promotional rate). Just a warning for those on a budget who cannot easily move their belongings on short notice.

Yesterday we moved to CubeSnart from another storage facility, and it’s cleaner than the previous. I rate it’s cleanliness a 4 stat. I had to sweep out the unit before moving in. The drive into the facility to unload, lighting and cooler climate is definitely 5 star. If they keep it clean going forward is the ultimate challenge. Time will tell!
