The manager, Tanya, is very professional, very nice and very engaged in her work; making it a very comfortable environment for the customer to be in! When I choose the word engaged, I mean when a manager (in this case, Tanya) goes out of their way to help the customer, by not missing the details (i.e. ideas on how big a storage unit is needed, options on costs, fully explaining the contract and, very importantly, not making the customer feel rushed in any way (i.e. in signing a contract, hurriedly looking at a particular unit, etc.) Tanya, MOST DEFINITELY does this! Additionally, and to no surprise, really (again, due to the way Tanya runs "her ship"), the facility is very clean, comfortable (great lighting, clean bathrooms, etc.) and very secure! 10/10 It is bright, clean, temperature controlled and the units are easy to find with convenient parking and unloading stations. Dolly's are at every entrance to facilitate entering and taking out belongings. The prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place.

Phenomenal Experience! I just have to write to compliment Tanya at your Clifton Broad Street facility. She is just the warmest, most down-to-earth, sincere, genuine, helpful, & professional customer-service person out there!!! HUGE SHOUT OUT & THANKS to TANYA!!!! !!! ?????????? I felt really comfortable from the moment I spoke to her on the phone, & then the same thing when I arrived in person. I felt very welcomed, no pressure at all, she was just totally there to help me — however I needed it. I must admit that I feel really guilty for unintentionally keeping her there past the time she was scheduled to be finished for her shift (later than the posted office hours). I arrived around 5:30 PM and the office closes at 6:00 PM, so I thought that a half-hour would be plenty of time just to check out the facility, see my unit, & complete the sign-up procedure. And I’m sure it probably could be enough time for most people, Lol, but by the time we went up to my unit, she showed me around, we chatted, she even showed me a few other units just for comparison….. (I kept apologizing because I didn’t want to keep her there, but she assured me, no worries, she was there to help customers!) Then by the time we came back down to the office & I filled out the paperwork (all online via tablet & extremely easy, but I’m still calling it “paperwork”)….and I’m one of those weird people who actually likes to read what I’m signing before I sign it, LOL!!!! ??????? ….even though it was all very standard stuff & reasonable. So by the time we finished all that — the tour of the facility, filling out the paperwork & answering all my questions, it must have been about 45 minutes past her official closing time. I felt bad for keeping her (unintentionally, of course) but she was truly in no rush & assured me that she was there to make happy customers! And she TRULY DID!!! ATTENTION CubeSmart: PLEASE GIVE THAT YOUNG WOMAN A HUGE RAISE!!!!! ???????????? With warm, honest, genuine customer-service like that, you have earned a grateful & loyal customer!! And on top of that, just as importantly, the facility itself is clean & modern & beautiful….. Very cheerful & uplifting! (That might not matter to some people, just as a place to store your things, but for me, it does make a difference to walk into a nice, clean, fresh, modern space when retrieving or depositing your things…. It just gives you a clearer mindset & makes it easier to organize your stuff, I find.) So, across the board, from the facility itself to the staff & even to the clean, pleasant layout of your website & all the helpful tips & blog articles, I just had a really first-rate experience with CubeSmart!!!!

I will say pricing I find high and a little disappointing but staff like Tanya and others there make it worthwhile overall great place and staff.

Wonderful staff, very accommodating! New building, everything clean and fresh, good price for a 12.5 × 5, easy access, carts and elevators! Many size storage unit choices!! I took away the 5 stars.....what an upset and rip off.....almost 6 mos later they raised the rate $40. No warning...didn't even get a years rent before upping the rate, also they don't have any senior rates or Vet discounts. I have to keep the unit till my house is sold and I move. My husband died and I have to sell and try and get into a senior apartment. Paying for a unit is not in the budget, but I have no choice! The raise in price was devastating to me.....??

Day 1 Review: Needed a place to store things, in the same day looked up places near me, went to their website, got a unit, brought things over all in less then 4 hours. Very easy process and clear expectations, staff called me over the phone and was very friendly. Place itself was clean and everything was all set and ready.

Clean, climate controlled and easily accessible. Be aware, no left turn into facility if coming from route 3, plan accordingly if you have a bigger size truck. You can purchase a specific lock from them or use a regular pad lock ??. Office staff is exceptional. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Also, do not go in the stairwell as you cannot get in or out. Elevators are quick. Furniture dollies are provided. High levels of security everywhere also a plus. Would highly recommend.

Almost jumped the gun; the staff was exceptional and great Here is the problem; the product I bought was posted with $49.95 and they charged me 54.95 and would not adjust it back. The only choice was a refund or pay the price they demanded. While the person was very nice; it was unfortunate.
