My unit was infested with mice they ate up my cloths the droppings was in all my stuff was not please at an i moved out on the 4th spoke with someone an let them know i moved but i am still receiving invoice for payment why am i still on the system .. an the insurane doesnt cover things i have to replace because the have mice an rats not happy at all ....

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! This place is rodent infested! Rats completely chewed up my sofa, clothes, and shoes! The entire unit was covered in feces and urine! After filing a claim with the cube smart insurance company I’ve been paying monthly I was denied they are telling me rodent damage is not covered! I am completely disgusted! Do not come here! Save your money!

The only reason I am giving this the one star is because the staff are pleasant people and helpful at the front desk. DONT LET THESE OTHER REVIEWS FOOL YOU. As far as my belongings go, this place deserves zero stars. The smell on the 5th floor is absolutely deplorable. I pay way too much a month for my personal belongings to be kept safely, secured and not mouse poop infested! I have called about this issue in the past and it looks like nothing was done because i made another complaint tonight. This is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. I wish i can upload the video of the entire front of my unit. Please do NOT have a unit here. Clearly, no one cares!

Eric was Excellent: Assistance with choosing the unit to Clearly communicating my contract. *Patience was amazing, I wanted to purchase a less expensive cylinder lock for unit from Home Depot and he held my contract until my returnfor completion. The people who work at this location are exceptional. Shatayah, who helped me when I arrived, made sure all of my questions were answered. Then, took it upon herself to make sure all of needs were met as well. She carefully reviewed space options with me and walked me through the process which made me feel overwhelmingly comfortable and relaxed as we went through the rental operation. I was not pleased with the fact that you go up on the rates at anytime ppl are struggling. Secondly, the corridors were not clean I saw mouse droppings throughout while not in my unit the fact that they were there means that you do not take pride in your facility. As a resident I am well aware that there may be a rodent issue but to leave droppings in the corridors in plain site shatters my confidence in the quality of care.

I’ve had two floods which is there fault due to no heat in building and they only accommodate what insurance you have which shouldn’t have anything to do with that because it’s there fault. It’s supposed to be climate controlled. And i didn’t get a call til it was almost dried.

Not a bad place. Just kinda meh. They dont clean enough. There was an empty bottle in the elevator for about a week. And about half the times I go there are no carts available. They seem to not get this and never get more in. And “climate controlled” is a relative term I guess. I dont expect 72° in the summer but I do expect it below 80° on the ground floor.

You have to spend $18.00 on a single use lock which can only be used at cubesmart. You have to buy $14.00 worth of additional insurance just to keep your stuff safe. The place anit worth the money. Used the uhaul storage up the street.

My mattress, living room set, and area rug was infested with mice while in storage for less than a month. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere unless you’re okay with throwing away furniture.

Don't do it to yourself. In the midst of a pandemic they go up on rent prices. They claimed they froze all payments but I wasn't notified so I kept getting charged automatic payments. I could've used that money to cover other bills. To top it all off I've asked for them to change a dead light fixture above my unit for 3 months and still to this day they have not changed it. Yet they're quick to give you a courtesy call when payments are do and another right before you're late. I have the smallest unit and at 1200 bucks a year now not worth and they still plan to go up in numbers.

Nadia the facility's rep was curious & knowledgeable. The facility bright, clean & well organized. They have various space options, an elevator, well lit corridors & cameras. In addition they have packing supplies. I feel my stored items will be safe.

Very clean environment. Great customer service. Nadia is the best! She has a very pleasant and warming spirit. She makes you feel very comfortable and at ease about your storage choice. It is always a pleasure being assisted by her. I had a few options but glad that I chose CubeSmart.
