Disgusting customer service !! The worst Management I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. They do not care about you, they ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY!!!! Do the online process and skip the in person meeting !! And prepare for the wildest increase to happen within the first 4 MONTHS of renting without any good reason or explanation because that’s what you signed off to in the lease :(

Pay for more space than they give you. Seems like theft, but corporate knows and does not care. I am renting a 10x10 that is a 9x9. That is nearly 20 square feet that they are robbing customers of. Beware. Has parking which is nice (when it’s not raining).

Had a difficult time with the moving truck that came with the unit due to unfortunate events but personnel at the company, specifically Michelle, helped us the whole day and keep the facility open for us past closing time so we were able to move all of our stuff into the unit. 10/10 help from Michelle!

They violated their own contract with me by raising my rate without due notice. The “reason” given for the price increase is market rates changing, but I don’t buy that at all. They simply raise it continually because they know it is a hassle to move to a new storage place I would recommend going somewhere less greedy to begin with, so that you do not have to inevitably move out when they jack the price up high.

I rented a CubeSmart at 74 Bogart in Brooklyn for a few months. When I returned to move my things out, everything felt sticky and dirty and I found several dead roaches scattered over my things and in the storage unit, including on my couch and mattress. Really disgusting feeling and not pleased considering I was paying $250/mo.
