Terrible. Keypad broken for 3 months. Changed my code on me without contacting me. They manually update payments in the 21st century. Even the online ones. If I make a payment at 6am, I MIGHT be able to access my space by the end of business. Nevermind the moving crew and truck I have paid for 4 different occasions to get my remaining items to large for my truck.... I've waisted $1200.

I emailed to say I was moving out on X date and someone called me to badger me about paying my bill and tell me that I wouldn't get a refund. My account has been on auto-pay since I moved in and I didn't say a thing about billing, I was just trying to let someone know I was moving out. When I moved out the dude came around with his grey mullet to badger me in person about paying my bill and not getting a refund. There are storage places on every corner in Charlotte, just drive a few miles down the road somewhere else.

The store manager, Norman is so professional! He made me feel at home with his warm presence and offering water. I love the customer service here and the price is very reasonable. I was able to use the free moving truck. There was only a $10 administration fee and you have to put down a $100 deposit, which is also very reasonable.

Went in today with my husband without a reservations and Norman welcomed us in. Norman is very friendly, great energy and amazing customer service. Walked us through the process answered all our questions. Helped us understand everything. The hours of accessing the unit and all the services they provide. This place goes above and beyond to meet your needs. They have wine cellar storage, elevators and carts for you to move your boxes around. The best part of all they even have a truck you can rent for 4 hours if need be. The prices are affordable, I am happy with the unit. I highly recommend it. Best storage facility I've ever used! Believe me, I've had 6 in the past 3 years... in 5 states, lol. Super clean, staff is so beyond helpful and pleasant. Super tech savvy business systems if you don't want to be bothered, you can do everything (just about) without talking to them. Or, if you want to come in, they seem always available and ready to help. Truly, service like this doesn't exist many places any more. Staff was very knowledgeable and even being a professional at moving my things from state to state, they gave me some tips that helped me a lot. Prices were very reasonable and competitive. They easily accommodated a last minute move in, flawlessly. Really, the cleanliness is amazing, do you know how hard it is to keep a storage facility clean and without a spiderweb in sight? Lol. This was the second time I've dealt with the manager and staff at Bee Safe Stoage, and each time, I found that they went out of their way to guide me through the proces to see that I received the discount, free month and assistance with securing my lockers.
