The property and units are decent. The issues I have is how expensive they are. A lot of us are on a fixed income and can't afford the fees they charge. I'm hoping to get into a place soon so I won't have to keep them those fees I really can't afford. Other than that, they seem to care about their customers and will do whatever they can to help you.

Our experience was outstanding. Stephanie showed us multiple choices for our needs we decided to go with the upgraded option. The ease of renting was oustanding and she made us feel as if we were home. The security features are state of the art and i feel completely secure knowing my whole home is in great hands. Way to high to not have any outlets or heating in the units and what's the point of a code of you still can't get it at certain hours if we pay we should be able to come and go as we please for the prices just to store belongings

This storage facility has changed hands too many times. The gates are chained after closing. People who work 9 to 5 are out of luck. The front gates were electronic and in good working order back in the day . A person had access to their unit on Sundays. Not anymore. I had my storage unit rent raised on a consistent manner. Too expensive for a rundown operation.

Update: Gate is still broken three weeks later. We’re outta here. Out of frustration from being unable to contact anyone (the very nice people in the office don’t know who I could contact), I decided to withhold payment for a few days. Day 7 they put a lock on my travel trailer. Yep. We’re done with this aggravation. When we drive several to get home late at night, the last thing we want to worry about is if the gate is going to open. This facility recently changed ownership. We have stored our travel trailer there for about two years. Previous to the ownership change, we were very happy with the facility and the customer service. With the new ownership came a $20 increase in our rental fee. Okay. Two months ago we returned from a trip after hours to find the gate not working. It was partially open, leaving the faculty unsecured. Last Friday, we returned from another trip to find the gate broken again. Backing out onto the busy road would have been nearly impossible. My husband held one side open while I drove our rig through. Needless to say, it created a risk to our vehicles and our personal safety. The broken gate also leaves every customer’s property exposed. When I complained, I was told the gate has been broken for two weeks. We won’t be using this facility for much longer and I can’t recommend it to anyone else. While the staff is great, the ownership doesn’t seem to care about its customers.

Absolutely wonderful to deal with. We are moving from NY to Ohio and we were delayed in Cleveland traffic and I knew we were going to be a couple minutes late and called. They waited for us to get there and helped us get everything taken care of. Very friendly and took the extra time to help us, explain the rules, make sure everything was in order before they left for the night. This is my first time having to use a storage facility and would highly recommend this place.

Both ladies that worked there in the office while I had a unit was amazing and very helpful I rented from there for 11 months and every time I went to pay my rent I would stay chit chatting. The maintenance man is just as friendly. I loved the extra security of manager on premises and locked gate at night. Paying the little bit higher rate verses other units in town is well worth it. You get what you pay for there. The premises is very clean and taken care of. I recommended this place to everyone.

I have been renting a storage unit at GVS for 5 years now. I have never had an issue with completing my code to get in or out; easy access to my interior unit, and more space than I expected! Even being disabled, the easy access has been a blessing in my life of limited space apartment living. With friendly counter help too, I recommend Great Value Storage highly.
