Everything was done online. It was 50% off for doing so. We got to the site with a loaded truck and the place was closed for lunch but because the info given when signing up was so easily written I already had the app and all I had to do was press what gate I was at the doors opened automatically. The lock and more info was in the unit and carts were available so I didnt have to load the small carts I brought.

While space itself nice. Only one operable elevator. Unable to keep elevator and outside door unlocked during professional move. Took movers extra time, had to enter code every time they entered and every time to use elevator. Increased rental price by almost $50/month.

The space is very clean and space. However, feedback for the staff at the location when a customer arrives. Instead of sharing all of the information for your storage is in the brown bag inside the unit, it would be great if the staff is able to assist the Customer to the unit, share with them the temporary lock needs to be returned and whatever else is needed to set up the unit. My first impression of this unit was negative. Taking a few minutes to welcome a Customer vs. sharing everything you need in the bag is all you need. Go the extra mile for your Customers.

Great pricing, clean, secure. A/C on in building but not very cool where my Unit is, happens to be a very hot, humid day however. Only criticism is the distance from Unit to elevator and I only saw 1 elevator for the whole building?? Probably more, but I only found 1. Adds time and money to my Movers.

When I pulled up with a truck full of furniture with my higher labor, there were no carts available on the ground floor next to the elevators where they're put when not in use (i.e. all were already taken). Nolan, the manager personally went through the facility until he found someone that was done with the cart they'd not yet returned and brought it to me which saved me time and expense.

Entire experience to rent a unit was very smooth. The representative was very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He showed me to the unit I was interested in and walked me through all of the details in terms of hours of operation and accessing the building and the unit. The checkout process was also very efficient. Everything was done on an iPad and I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. Highly recommend this business.
