Horrible/Pushy/Rude.I am a Minority business owner. The company I was contracting with rented 9 units,Had to shut them all down because of the management there.One day I was loading up and the manager stated that I was in her way and she was ready to go home. She then started pushing my equipment across the room while screaming at me. She was very disrespectful.she was acting like she was the customer and I was no one to be concerned about.and the list goes on and on. Stay away from this place.

April was great! I had a challenging situation that forced to abandon my storage unit. April schedule time and space to listen to all my issues. She was so comforting during these moments. She offers her work schedule and include Ms. Karens just in case she would not be here upon my arrival. Fortunately they both were there there and made my transition seamless. Kate was just as fabulous. If I’m ever in the need for a storage unit I Will definitely come back to the Simpsonville location!

Outstanding services. They were there in a pinch when we needed storage with the perfect space for our stuff on short notice. Great help from folks answering the phone and in the office. April was a huge help. I like the security of the parking lot and the building. Bathrooms and overall storage area is very clean and maintained. Lighting is great. Locks and doors on units work very well.

He asked me when it would be a good time to come in and start processing so we set time up and when I got there he tells me that it would be 30 to 45 minutes before he could help me. What's the point of an appointment if you still have that long to wait.

We went by to look at units. Being new, they are very clean and easy access was a huge factor. The carts to move items made the move from car to unit easy. It is a clean storage facility. But what really made the location shine were the two young ladies we worked with. Victoria and Sierra were very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. Made the paperwork and sign-up process very quick and simple. I would highly recommend this location due to price, location and staff.

I wish I remembered her name but the young lady who open on 12/21 at the Woodruff Road location was so great! (Someone please relay this to her.) She was so polite, extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and so patient with me. I hadn’t reserved a storage unit before and did it online in a hurry the night before. She walked me through the terms and answered my many questions throughly with great kindness.
