There are no trashcans or dumpsters to discard of even small pieces of trash. I was also told all restrooms except the one in the office (that's inaccessible when office is closed) are locked at all times and not able to be used. Storage unit worked as expected, so I suppose that's worth a star or two.

This location on 3rd Ave has construction going on and it's highly inconvenient to get to and from the unit. It's not the business' fault but I can't park in the parking garage or get to the back building, which is the front door for the facility. Then they share the building with other businesses and I think they take the carts on Sundays and put it back on Monday because when I moved in with the construction wasn't active on Sunday there were no carts. OVERALL, however, the facility is good. It's just the area is always under construction

The employees at this storage facility are extremely friendly and helpful. Outside of their control, access to the building is very difficult. There is only one access door to the elevators, which is from a parking lot that is often blocked by construction of a new apartment building very close by. If the lot is accessible, there usually aren't any parking spots due to the restaurants in the area. Finding a cart is usually difficult, because most people don't return them to the entrance as they should. There is also no way to dispose of any trash on the premises. Overall, it's a poor location for a storage facility, with limited parking and difficult access. That's not on the employees of this facility, though, that's poor planning by CubeSmart.

Rented a unit here and have come twice and there have been zero carts to use. I have come an additional two times and there was zero parking available and just had to leave. AVOID and choose a different location. This location was cheaper than others in town. I now know why.

Quick and easy online application. There were detailed instructions in an email on how to access my unit. When we arrived, Don was also very helpful in making sure we had all the information we needed. The only concern was the heavy construction in the area but Cube Smart does not control that!

Wow, really bad customer experience. I've yet to be able to speak to someone there and get my situation worked out. However, I can tell you that the *smart rental*online rental application leaves a lot to be desired in my humble opinion. One of the big issues is that the location information is not double checked, nor is it prevalent during the sign up on the application. I think to myself, when I order a pizza the delivery app spends more time ensuring that I have location information correct then this particular online application. Anyway, the staff at the franklinville location are excellent. They are the only reason that I didn't cancel everything and just go somewhere else.

I recently moved to the Nashville area and am renting storage from CubeSmart. This location specifically is so clean and well maintained. I am moving out after 3 years of renting due to a move, and the move out process took literally 30 seconds. Alicia at the front desk is welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. I even won a $200 gift card from a cube smart giveaway they did. Not to mention they have large dollys available for free to help haul things. Nothing but good things to say about this place!

I have been at this storage complex for over a year now. When I first got there the service was lacking. Everything turned around this past summer when Alicia showed up. Pretty sure there is a homeless woman living in this facility and there’s no way management doesn’t know about it. They will put their own lock on your storage unit and keep you from accessing the unit that you paid for even though you had spoken to the manager and told her you would be back to put your own lock back on after your movers forgot to put it on. The keypads don’t always work and it took my movers way longer to do the job (costing me a lot more money) of moving my stuff in. The manger was not in the office on the Wednesday my movers were there and wasn’t there to help the problem even though the office was supposed to be open that day.

Alicia was a fantastic store manager and communicated very well. The unit was clean and the building felt very secure and well monitored. When we accidentally left the unit unlocked without realizing, our mistake was caught as soon as the building opened the following day and a temporary padlock was placed on the unit and we were notified so we could come back and put our lock back on properly. This contributed to a sense that the store manager was committed to being thorough in the security of our unit, as well as providing excellent service and communication.

I reserved a storage unit yesterday, paid and everything was activated. I brought all my stuff to the storage place and couldn’t get up to the floor my unit was on. I called several times and no answer or response. I have no where to put my stuff so I’m having to pay for another two days for my uhaul. This is the second time this has happened at this location. The code is active and can get me through the front door but can’t get to my actual unit. Very frustrating.

Shirley was very kind and helpful in getting my unit set up. The facility is clean and easy to access. I appreciate the carts available to use for moving items into our unit since you cannot drive up. Cost was the best I could find for climate controlled in Nashville area, although they do make you pay for insurance on the unit but it is minimal. Good experience with CubeSmart so far.
