The facility manager immediately came out to assist me getting into my storage unit, even though it was after hours, and we had to go back to the office and switch over to a larger unit. She was very helpful and kind because I did check in two days before my scheduled time to begin using the storage unit. Would highly recommend this storage location for anyone needing a storage unit.

Store managers are extremely friendly and helpful. However the parking lot storage area needs some upkeep, new gravel needs put down so trailer tires aren’t sitting in mud. Also rv and camper owners seem to have been dumping sewage or dirty water as it smelled awful especially after rain. If the parking lot is maintained we would be happy to return. I’m sure storage units are great, however I have no experience with that part

CubeSmarts company does not care about its customers. They are in it for the money. They do not care for any reasons or how much they increase your rent without any time or actual reason. They are too high for the space. They do not care about anything but themselves. My rent doubled in less than a year of them buying out the previous owners.

At the time of unit rental they require you to have a lock approved by them so I had to buy two of their locks. They also require you to purchase rental insurance and charge an "administrative fee".

I found this CubeSmart location by driving by. The office personnel had a 10’x10’ that I could make work, but I mentioned I really needed a 10’x20’. They said they had one coming available, but it would need a thorough cleaning. They showed me a pic of the unit. I said I’d take it. About an hour and a half later they had it ready. I was very satisfied with the service that I received, and how quickly everything progressed. Update....cubesmart bought out a local establishment and painted the doors....doubled the rent. We left for cheaper storage. Cheap storage....really friendly management too. I did see evidence of rodents in my unit (which is to be expected on occasion) but the management was quick to address the issue.

11/11/2020- check website and it says “come in we are open”. Go in the pouring rain to try to rent a storage unit. Upon arrival, owner peels herself up long enough to open the keyhole to tell me to call from my car that they are not conducting any face to face business due to Covid. So they are NOT OPEN!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING lady!!! Well, you could have put that on your website!!! Second, if you are that afraid then maybe you should not be in the business (!) of dealing with the public in the first place. All that to find they don’t have what I needed anyway. Ultimately, I went to Big Orange Storage where they are helpful and friendly.

My father had a unit since 2013. He recently went into a nursing home and I had to take over his finances. I tried to make arrangements and they wouldn't work with me. I sent my fiancee in to make a partial payment and they refused it. I explained the situation and all I got was an I'm sorry. They auctioned off all our family belongings. I wish I could find the person that bought it. Alot family documents and pictures were there. I'd pay the person. For my father being such a loyal customer they sure have lowsy service. Thanks Powell Storage for not working with me. Oh btw my father had a heart attack when he found out. He's almost 80yrs old
