I rented a storage unit with Christian yesterday, and he was very courteous, professional and patient. He showed me different sized units and carefully explained how the rental works. It is a very clean, well-maintained facility, and there are dollies available for customers to use (which isn’t always a given at other storage facilities).

It's very clean, safe & smells like fresh paint. Units are big enough with plenty of options. It's hard to find the stairwell in case of emergency. I got stuck in the elevator & the staff were so so helpful & continued to check in on me. The GM called personally & fixed the issue internally ( explained the prob, easy enough, was out! ) Then he kindly offered free month. Adam, great guy.

I rented the space all online without any issue. Setting it up was easy, the email explaining how to get in was helpful, and getting my things in was easy. They even had carts available to get my things to storage easier. It's in a safe and accessible area (c'mon, it's Vienna) as well. Highly recommend.

Patrick Fallen, the General Manager of the Mill Street storage facility in Vienna, was extremely friendly and helpful in reaquainting me with all of the payment options, rules, terms and conditions for storage space rentals. I recently rented a locker and was amazed at all the hidden fees and charges that emerged as the process progressed. The truck outside is advertised as being free with a locker rental and when I inquired about it, I was told that there was an "administrative fee" to pay. Where is the free part?

What a great experience! Called on a Sunday morning and was moving stuff in within a couple of hours. Clean facility, really nice people, free carts for our use--not a thing to complain about, and that's really nice.
